Terms of Service

Effective 7 August 2026

The short version. Seven days free, then we charge monthly until you cancel. Cancel any time and you keep your data for export. You are responsible for having the right to the email you send us. We are a small, young product — we do not offer an uptime guarantee yet, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise.

1. Who these terms are with

These terms are between you and Favorite Dude LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, which operates Parsilly. Where these terms say “we”, “us”, or “Parsilly”, they mean Favorite Dude LLC.

Favorite Dude LLC
2209 W. 1st Street, Suite A103
Tempe, AZ 85281
United States
admin@parsilly.com · (480) 788-1030

By creating an account you accept these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it, and “you” means that organisation.

2. What the service does

Parsilly provisions mailboxes, collects the mail delivered to them on a schedule, extracts fields according to rules you define, and presents the results for viewing and export. We check mailboxes periodically rather than instantly; Parsilly is not a real-time system.

3. Your account

  • You must be 16 or older and provide accurate details.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.
  • If you think someone else has reached your account, reset your password immediately at app.parsilly.com/forgot-password — that signs out every other browser your account is signed in on — and then tell us at admin@parsilly.com.
  • One person may not share a login with others; additional users will be available as a plan feature.

4. Acceptable use

This is the section that matters most. You may not use Parsilly to:

  • process email you do not have the right to receive, read, or store
  • collect personal information about people without a lawful basis for doing so
  • intercept, harvest, or scrape mail intended for someone else
  • process unsolicited bulk email you have obtained, or support sending it
  • store payment card numbers, government identifiers, or health records in a Parsilly box
  • break the law, infringe rights, or attempt to compromise our systems or another customer's data

You are responsible for the email you direct to Parsilly and for the people whose information it contains. We cannot assess whether you have the right to it, and we do not review your mail in advance. If you are processing personal information about third parties, you need your own lawful basis and your own privacy notice.

5. Your data

Your email content and parsed results are yours. We claim no ownership. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service — to receive, store, process, back up, and display that content back to you.

We do not use your content to train anything, sell it, or share it for advertising. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Trial, fees and billing

  • Trial. New accounts get 7 days free. We collect card details at signup but charge nothing during the trial.
  • First charge. Your subscription begins on day 8 and the card on file is charged then.
  • Recurring. Monthly plans renew monthly, annual plans annually, until cancelled.
  • Cancel during the trial and you are never charged.
  • Prices are shown at parsilly.com/pricing and are in US dollars, exclusive of any tax we are required to collect.

7. Plan limits and what happens when you reach them

Each plan includes a monthly number of parsed emails and a number of boxes. When you reach your email allowance:

  • Mail keeps arriving and is stored. Nothing is discarded.
  • Parsing pauses. Held messages produce no results until you add capacity.
  • Your dashboard shows how many are waiting.
  • You are not billed automatically for going over. Upgrade or buy credits, and held messages are parsed shortly afterwards.

Credits are a one-off top-up of your email allowance. They are non-refundable and are consumed before they expire, if an expiry applies.

8. Cancellation and refunds

  • Cancel any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
  • We do not refund partial periods, except where required by law or where we have clearly got something wrong — in which case ask, and we will deal with it fairly.
  • After cancellation, mailboxes stop being collected and your account becomes read-only. Your existing results remain available for export.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that:

  • has not paid after we have attempted the charge and contacted you (we retry over roughly ten days before suspending)
  • breaches section 4
  • puts our systems, our other customers, or us at legal risk

Except where the law or an urgent risk prevents it, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put things right. If we close your account without cause, we will refund the unused portion of what you have paid.

10. Availability

We aim for Parsilly to be available continuously, but we do not currently offer a service level agreement or an uptime guarantee. We will publish one when we can stand behind it. Mailbox collection runs on a schedule and may be delayed by maintenance or by problems at your mail provider.

11. Changes to the service and these terms

We may change the service and these terms. For material changes we will give at least 30 days' notice by email. Price increases take effect at your next renewal after that notice, and you may cancel instead.

12. Disclaimer

Parsilly is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Parsing depends on the structure of the mail you receive; if a sender changes their format, rules may stop matching, and you should not treat Parsilly as your only copy of anything important.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for lost profits or lost data. Our total liability arising out of these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

14. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your use of Parsilly in breach of these terms, and in particular from claims by people whose information you processed without the right to do so.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, and the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona have exclusive jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law rules.

16. Notices and contact

Day-to-day contact, including anything urgent about your account, goes to admin@parsilly.com. We contact you at the email address on your account, so keep it current — that is where notice of a price change or a change to these terms will arrive.

Formal legal notice goes to:
